this breaks my heart of stone

the new record from red mountain is now available.  needless to say, I think it is our best yet.  it sounds fuller, even with some very sparse musical moments.  we tried some loops, clint played with a slide (and killed it), we worked again with people all over the country, and a texan wrote all the songs with us. I really think you might like this one.

thanks to everyone who has supported our music.  it seriously means more than you know to be able to share these songs with you.  we've put a lot of time into this one...

andy - the new album will be available for download probably by this weekend. at least off our website. all of our previous records are on itunes, so this one will be, in time, but for now, it is just hard copy and in a few days, digital download off our site.

ang - thanks benj's brother justin did all the artwork, and he did a killer job. good to hear from you.

Got it in the mail this past weekend. Well done. I'll send you some demos of my hand clapping...maybe I can get in on the next one.

back off Brent. It's the only way I am making it on the album these days. I work damn hard for those hand claps. And I prefer a "percussion" credit.
